Truth

As I am contemplating situations surrounding Northwest Georgia Gospel Music Assoc. I only have one thought and that is Truth! Just let the truth be known.

We have been infested with rumors and things being said about others and it has effected Ministries, and lives. people blaming people with no substancial evidence that what they are accused of  really taking place.

I believe that God never intended our tongues to be destructive or hurtful of anyone but that He intended them to Build up and push forward  others we come into contact with.

The Bible tells me that  "An ungodly man diggeth up evil; and in his lips there is as a burning fire."

Proverbs 16:27

This tells me that only the ungodly man, those not spiritual minded seeketh to dig up the bad in people and when they find that little bad it spreads through their lips like a fire out of control.

This is Truth because the Bible teaches that "Thy Word is true."  Psalms 119:160

David said "Thy word is true from beginning; and everyone of thy righteous judgements endureth forever."

Remember the Apostle Pauls admonishment in Romans 8:6 "For to be carnally  minded is death but to be spiritually minded is life and peace."

Friend those who seek to destroy and kill  and cause death to a ministry are carnally minded and not godly minded. Please consider this thought.

Seek to speak life and not death.....

A Great way to Start the Year

I want you to know we had a great time last night at Hardee's in East Ridge Tennessee. The house was packed out and The Singing Messengers from Dalton and Hope for Tomorrow Trio sang their hearts out.  I had many singers just drop in on us last night Betty and John Richardson were there Dana Russell was there along with Ashley Dunn and Brenda Bradshaw.  I Thank God for Friends....  Many times when I get discouraged I have had friends come along and  pick me up. Thank You all for Being my Friends.

Can't Wait

There are some things that are hard to wait on.

I can't wait to get back to Hardee's in East Ridge tomorrow Night for the Singing Messengers and Hope for tomorrow. These are two premiere goups in Northwest Georgia/ Chattanooga Valley Area.

I have been working since Tuesday of this week and Can't wait to get tomorrow off. I can sleep three or four hours and have the rest of the day to myself.

I can't wait to get to see my Jesus who loved me and gave himself for me. I am glad that there is a burning desire to get to my new home where physical ailments and sorrows and turmoil will no more be. I can't wait.

What are some things you find it hard to wait for?

Happy New Year

God has allowed us another New Beginning.

2006 is behind us and we need to set our sights on 2007. What are we Going to do for God this year? I had a wonderful watch night service with Shields of Faith, One for Christ, New Promise and got to preach at 7 minutes before the Midnight Hour. I am still hearing of the move of God through that service.

The Enemy is still attacking and devouring but God is still protecting his people. Let us pray for those he is doing his best to devour.

see you soon

I was left to sing that night but had a great service. We will be back at Shine Your Light Ministry on Sunday Night 31st of December for their watch night service. If you have no place to go that night come out and join Shields of Faith, One for Christ, Catrina Southard, Jerry Hall and Myself for a great night of Gospel Music and feasting on the word of God.

May God Bless you all and wish you a merry Christmas and Blessed New Year.

Great Day

What a great day in Jesus this 2nd day of December. Christmas will be on us shortly and I can't wait to Celebrate the Birth of the King of King and Lord of Lord's.

The Boss put an ad on the board at Chattanooga State to try and get some weekend help in this place where I can be at Church Sunday Morning and Night and have my day off on Sunday Agian. He could even let them have Thursday night back and I could work in the day time of Friday. I hate spliting my weekends to 4 Sunday Hours and 4 Tuesday Hours on what used to be my day off.

We had a good singing last night at Mountain View and had a surprize B-Day party for Kelly good to see shuch a good turn out.

Went By and Picked up Christmas Sound Tracks from Gospel Track Publishing and will be going back to record some time in the near future.

God Bless you all
